Many women are drawn to flower tattoos because they are so versatile and can make a wide variety of impressions. Yet, if you want to remain satisfied with your choice of decorating your body, there is a lot more to be considered than the design or basic color of the tattoo.
Ultimately, it is where you place the flower and your choice of color that will give off one impression or another to others. For instance, if you place a small white daisy on your shoulder it can be pretty and feminine, but a bright red rose on the small of the back will take on a more sexual tone.
Of course, everyone will have moments when they want to let it all hang out and flaunt their assets, but you have to consider your daily life when it comes to tattoo placement. Are there moments when you would rather keep it a private feature of your body, or do you want it to always be revealed?
Some discreet placements are on the high hip, inner thigh, or on the bust line. If you aren’t so concerned with who might see it, then you could go with something more common such as the shoulder, calf, or lower back.
Color and size are also serious considerations. Something larger sized and/or in a bold, bright color will stand out and be more obvious than a smaller sized tattoo in a more understated color.
There are no right or wrong answers when it comes to placement and size of flower tattoos. It largely comes down to your personality and the impression you want to give out to others. Yet, it is something you must take into consideration so you feel comfortable with your choice and come away with something you wan to show off from time to time.
