Buying new Designer Swimwear is one of the most stressful things to go through as a woman. Lots of women are literally terrified of shopping for a bikini as it has been known to destroy the self esteem of even the most resilient ladies. However, it does not have to be this way. Imagine if you could actually begin enjoying buying a bikini and feel confident showing it off at the beach.

If you want to look awesome in your bikini string before you even hit the beach, then you need to have a plan in place. The first essential step is to make an exercise plan and stick to it before the temperature starts rising.

Aim to include some kind of exercise into your schedule every day. There are always some activities that involve moving and burning off calories that you enjoy. Make sure you include at least a couple of activities each week that you really enjoy. If you can get a friend to join you in the exercise it will make it even more fun and you are much more likely to stick to the program.

On the days when you are not doing your favored activities you have to do a combination of cardio aerobic exercise and toning exercises. Cardio exercises might include power walking, jogging, aerobics, swimming, jump rope or anything else that you end up feeling puffed with. Again, it does not really matter what type of aerobic exercise you are doing, but you should be doing it for about 30 minutes and get out of breath and sweaty. If your face is not red and you are not huffing and puffing, then you are not working hard enough.

As well as cardio you will need to do some targeted exercise on your trouble areas. Most women tend to hold their weight around their butt and thighs. There are a number of very effective toning exercises you can do on this area. Some of the most effective ones are plies, squats and lunges.

You can find loads of different squats and lunges to do. They will work on toning your thighs, butt and hips. To keep it interesting try to vary your toning exercises and look on the Internet to find a variety of styles to do. Try to increase the amount you can do as you progress towards your summer goal.

In order to get the best results you should also watch what you are eating and minimize fatty, sugary and processed foods. Also make sure that you are drinking lots of water to flush out your system and the toxins that can build up and lead to cellulite, bloating and weight gain.

That means that when you have to venture into the string bikini changing rooms you will be able to try on the women\’s swimsuit without fearing that your self esteem is about to be shattered.
