We shifted to a new flat from a rented one around the time of summer. It was a three bedroom flat with two bedrooms, one master bedroom , two toilets, one kitchen , one store room, one drawing cum dinning room. The fat has two terraces, one small one and one big.
The environment was pleasant and there were green trees enclosing the building. The building has a park for kids, one large room for recreation, and another room for partying. There was also space to keep the vehicles.
I was attracted to the flat so much so that we acquired the flat soon. It was sheer joy for all us in shifting to the new flat. Once the flat was acquired by us we moved few belongings to the new house.
And finally one Sunday morning with rest of our belongings we shifted to our new flat. We did the interiors by ourselves and were quite pleased about everything.
Our flat was in fourth floor, so we were unable to beat the scorching heat as two of our rooms were facing the sun and till the evening we could feel the heat in our rooms. Somehow we managed to beat the heat by using coolers , air conditioner and fans.
But that year the monsoon arrived early and our joy knew no bounds. But we saw that there was a leakage in one of the bedrooms . The interiors and the paintings were severely damaged. We were in a sudden shock and surprised . We soon realized that we had done a big mistake by buying the flat. The flat was not used by anyone earlier. We thought of dispatching it but I was attached to the flat deeply.
So we thought of renewing it and looked for the best roofers in the city. We found one, but the cost was very high. We decided to go for it as I wanted to do it permanently. The head of the team surveyed and gave the solution to our problem. We were all satisfied with his answers. Without wasting any time they completed the work within fifteen days.
I did the interiors once again . Its been three years I m staying in the same flat, but there is no leakage in that bedroom. I am pleased with their work.
